I have been in a different state of mind on how i can create another new blog with new understanding of writing in various domains. I have been going through all the search of technical items available. I pondered upon the support calls used by customers for various usage in diverse company process.
I have seen issues practically,while working with a network based company,where in a detailed process flow is provided to customer care individuals to get trained and enable them to address issues while being on call.
I do feel technical writers or other business specific writer rise would depend on how well usage of end user documents are utilised and business houses can use these as benchmark for product deliverable and how further changes in product development and service can be done.
